Onecom, the UK’s leading business technology provider, is seeking a People Advisor to partner with managers across the business. You will own ER caseloads, advising on absence, performance, disciplinary, grievance, capability, conduct and organisational change.

You’ll coach managers to handle situations with judgement and a human touch, contributing to the People Plan and improving how we work. You’ll work closely with People Partners and People Operations to deliver a positive employee

Formación

• Experience handling employee relations caseloads with sound judgement.
• Ability to coach managers through people processes and conversations.
• Strong commercial focus with awareness of policy and risk.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of ER caseload across absence, performance, disciplinary and grievances.
• Provide pragmatic, commercially balanced advice to managers and help with decision-making.
• Coach managers through conversations, meetings and documentation.
• Develop practical guidance, training and communications for managers.
• Support wider employee lifecycle activities including onboarding and changes.
