Job summary

THG Nutrition Manufacturing is seeking a proactive People Advisor to deliver hands-on Employee Relations support in a fast-paced environment. You will own core ER cases, coach managers, and contribute to engagement, development and payroll data accuracy.

You will collaborate with the wider People Team to drive compliant HR processes, analytics and a positive, inclusive culture across the site. This is a fulltime role based on site in the UK.

Qualifications

• At least two years HR experience (Ideally within Manufacturing).
• Ideally experience advising managers and stakeholders on HR policies and procedures.
• Experience managing high volume of casework.
• ER knowledge and strong knowledge of current employment legislation.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills; good communication and data presentation.
• Capable of working using your own initiative; flexible and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the management of core ER cases across business areas.
• Coach and influence managers on people management and performance.
• Support creation and roll out of engagement activities and induction.
• Deliver HR module training to internal management teams and support ED&I culture.
• Work with People Team to ensure accurate payroll input and timely processes.
• Analyse attrition and KPI data; act on trends with recommendations.
