Job summary

Alexander Faraday Recruitment is seeking a hands-on HR Advisor to join a manufacturing site. This site-based role offers autonomy, a mix of employee relations, recruitment, and engagement initiatives on a Monday to Friday schedule.

You’ll manage employee relations cases, lead on-site recruitment, drive engagement and wellbeing programs, and coach line managers while partnering with unions and senior leaders to support strategic HR projects.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in end to end employee relations (day to day & complex cases).
• Proven ability to build relationships at all levels, and with unions.
• Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment or similar.
• Comfortable using HR systems and MS Office.

Are you a confident HR professional with a passion for employee relations and making a real impact on the ground? We’re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role is offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to make a difference every day. NB: This is a Monday to Friday, site based role!
