Job summary

THG Nutrition Manufacturing is seeking a proactive People Advisor to deliver hands-on employee relations support in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will advise managers on absence, performance, wellbeing, and policy compliance while driving engagement and development across the site.

You will coach leaders, support inductions, and deliver HR module training while coordinating with the People Team on payroll and data accuracy.

Qualifications

• At least two years HR experience (Ideally within Manufacturing)
• Experience advising managers on HR policies and procedures
• Experience managing high volume of casework
• ER knowledge and employment legislation awareness
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
• Proactive, independent work style with initiative

Responsibilities

• Manage core Employee Relations cases across business areas
• Provide guidance on sickness, absence, performance, and wellbeing
• Coach managers to strengthen people management capabilities
• Support induction, training, and DEI initiatives
• Collaborate with People Partners and Payroll for timely data processes
• Analyse attrition and exit data; act on KPI trends
