Job summary

bpha is seeking a People Advisor to support managers across the business, providing expert guidance on people matters and helping to create a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

You will lead employee relations cases, coach managers through performance and wellbeing discussions, and collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development to deliver a seamless colleague experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Advisor, People Advisor or generalist HR role.
• Strong employee relations experience and ability to manage cases independently.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers across the business to offer expert guidance on people matters.
• Lead and support employee relations cases including conduct and capability issues.
• Coach managers on performance, attendance and wellbeing conversations.
• Provide practical HR policy advice and manage employment-law risk.
• Support change activities, restructures and workforce planning.
• Analyze people data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
• Prepare HR documentation and correspondence with accuracy.
