Job summary

Greencore Group plc, a UK-based leading convenience food producer, is seeking a seasoned HR professional to partner with site and functional leaders. You will coach managers on performance, attendance and wellbeing, lead engagement initiatives and ensure fair handling of employee relations.

The role requires UK employment legislation knowledge, strong coaching and communication skills, and experience in manufacturing or distribution.

Qualifications

• MCIPD/FCIPD qualification (working towards) or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience as HR Advisor, People Advisor or HR Business Partner.
• Manufacturing, logistics or distribution exposure is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience handling complex employee relations cases with fairness.
• Strong coaching, influencing and communication skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with managers at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and multi-priority management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with site and functional leaders to advise on people matters.
• Support and coach managers on performance, attendance, conduct and wellbeing.
• Lead colleague engagement initiatives and translate insights into actions.
• Handle employee relations cases in line with legislation and policy.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence on development and change projects.
