Job summary

TFG London is seeking a hands-on Supervisor for our Norwich store to champion day-to-day operations and deliver excellent customer experiences. You’ll lead by example on the shop floor, connect with customers and support the management team to drive strong commercial results.

You'll welcome a collaborative, adaptable environment, with responsibilities including greeting customers, handling transactions, assisting with stock control and helping Style Advisors grow their knowledge.

Qualifications

• Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in a customer-facing environment.
• Able to greet, assist and lead by example on the shop floor.
• Experience in stock control and retail transactions is beneficial.
