  • Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service to colleagues and managers
  • Supporting People Services projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About you

  • A positive, approachable and professional manner
Desirable (but not essential)
  • CIPD Level 3 qualification or willingness to work towards it
  • Experience within the social housing sector
  • Minute-taking and report production experience
  • Knowledge of HR systems (Iris Cascade experience is a plus!)
Why join Ocean Housing?
  • Be part of a values-driven organisation making a real difference to communities
  • Supportive team culture with a strong focus on wellbeing
  • Opportunities for learning, development and career progression
  • A role where no two days are the same and your contribution genuinely matters
