Job summary

Beyond Housing is hiring a Community Safety Officer to lead tenancy enforcement and manage complex anti-social behaviour cases with full ownership. You will build multi-agency relationships and proactively resolve issues to support the housing team in delivering a first-class service to customers.

The role requires a proactive, customer-first approach, strong leadership, and a collaborative mindset to work with Local Authority and Police colleagues for safer communities.

Qualifications

  • ASB case management experience and understanding of enforcement powers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and work within a team.
  • Efficient in building multi-agency relationships and proactive problem solving.

Job description

We are looking for a Community Safety Officer to lead on tenancy enforcement and litigation with full case ownership management of complex and high level anti-social behaviour cases.

In the role, you will develop multi-agency relationships and taking a proactive approach to resolving anti-social behaviour within our communities and support the housing team to deliver a first-class service to our customers.

The role is pivotal in continuing to improve the service we deliver, providing reliable quality services, affordable homes where people feel safe and secure and creating places where people are proud to live and are part of a community.

The successful candidates will have:

  • Effective leader and team worker supporting Housing officers
  • Committed to continuous improvement in learning journey and the services of the department
  • Collaborate approach - Working closely with partners including the Local Authority & Police
  • ASB Case management experience & understanding of enforcement powers.
