The Bennie Group is hiring a proactive People Administrator to support the People & Operations team. You will manage HR administration, training coordination, inbox queries, and data systems across the group.

The Bennie Group are looking for a proactive and organisedPeople Administrator to provide administrative and coordination support to the People & Operations team across the Group.
Working closely with thePeople & Operations team, you will help ensure that key processes,recordsand activities are delivered consistently and efficiently. You will support a wide range of administrative tasks across people, training,complianceand operational activities, helping the teammaintainhigh standardsof service across the business.
This role is designed to provide the administrative and coordinator support that enables the wider People & Operations team to focus on strategic, advisory and specialist activities.The successful candidate willbe responsible formaintainingaccuraterecords, coordinating activities, supporting record keeping requirements andassistingwith the smooth delivery of People & Operations processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a high standard of administration.Previousexperience within HR is not essential. We are looking for an individual with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, a positiveattitudeand a willingness to learn.
As the Group continues to grow, this role will develop and provide opportunities to gain experience across a broad range of People & Operations activities.
