Job summary

Just Group in London/Hybrid is seeking a Transition Relationship Manager for Defined Benefit Pensions. You will lead the end-to-end transition of pension schemes, coordinating scheme administrators, trustees and consultants to ensure timely completion and accurate data handover.

You will manage stakeholders, set clear timelines, validate data, and support de-risking opportunities by attending trustee meetings and client sessions.

Qualifications

• Experienced in DB Pensions or DB de-risking markets.
• Experience in relationship and/or project management; Prince2/Agile/APM desirable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to analyse data and explain issues clearly.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all transactions from exclusive appointment to timely completion and ensure client accountability.
• Obtain, validate and check data during data cleanse for smooth handover to Implementation.
• Communicate progress, issues and next steps to trustees and administrators.
• Support Senior BDM with client management and attend Trustee board meetings where appropriate.
• Work with DB Operations to handle trustee queries during transition and support payroll funding, member calculations and reinsurance reporting.
