Job summary

Just Group plc in London/UK is hiring a Transition Manager to oversee the planning and execution of scheme transitions from contract negotiations through data cleansing and handover to implementation. You will ensure timely delivery, robust data validation, and proactive stakeholder management across trustees, consultants, and internal teams.

The role requires coordinating multiple schemes, guiding transition activities, and supporting business growth in de-risking opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience within the DB Pensions or DB De-risking market, with knowledge of buy-ins and buy-outs.
• Experience of relationship management and/or project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to analyse and check data and explain issues clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead smooth transition and implementation of pension schemes that transact with Just Group.
• Coordinate multiple transitions concurrently with clear responsibilities and timelines.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and report progress to trustees and administrators.
• Collaborate with DB Operations and Implementation teams on data, payroll funding and reinsurance reporting.
• Support client management and Trustee meetings to identify de-risking opportunities.
• Provide direction to the Transition Consultant and Transition Support roles.
