Job summary

Just Group in London is seeking a Senior Transition Relationship Manager to oversee multi-transaction transitions from negotiation through data cleansing and handover. It is a hybrid role based in London or Reigate with a 50% on-site expectation.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management and guidance for transition teams. Key responsibilities include managing client expectations, validating data during the cleanse, and coordinating with trustees, administrators, and the implementation team.

Qualifications

• Experience in DB pensions or de-risking markets, including buy-ins/buy-outs.
• Proven relationship management or project management experience.
• Willingness to pursue project management qualifications (Prince2/Agile/APM).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, able to analyze data and explain issues clearly.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to juggle priorities.

Responsibilities

• Project manage all transactions from exclusive appointment to data handover on time.
• Validate and check data during the data cleanse for smooth handover to the Implementation team.
• Communicate progress and next steps to trustees and administrators.
• Support the Senior Business Development Manager in client management and trustee meetings.
• Collaborate with DB Operations to handle trustee queries and payroll funding.
