Abenefit2u Limited is seeking a Transformation Officer to join its pensions team in the City of London. You will help plan, deliver, track and embed change projects across the business, from building dashboards and monitoring KPIs to improving processes and ensuring new ways of working stick.

You will support testing, implementation and post-implementation reviews, and assist colleagues with communications, engagement sessions, guidance and training to drive adoption.

Competenze

• Experience in a regulated financial services or pensions environment.
• Experience supporting change initiatives or transformation projects.
• Strong organisational, planning, written and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Word.
• Ability to analyse data and embed changes into business processes.

Mansioni

• Support delivery of transformation projects in line with plans and governance.
• Maintain project documentation: plans, risks, actions, decisions and progress.
• Track delivery against milestones, KPIs and benefits; escalate issues.
• Map and review processes; propose practical improvements based on data.
• Prepare dashboards, MI, and papers for senior management.
