Job summary

Barclays is seeking a dedicated Pensions Project Manager to drive delivery of a pensions transformation programme from its London office. You will own the delivery plan, coordinate cross-functional workstreams and manage milestones, risks and issues with accountability and clear escalation practices.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, produce governance materials, and operate with independent delivery discipline in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Pensions industry knowledge and PM experience in a pensions environment.
• Experience delivering complex projects from mobilisation through to implementation.
• Governance, reporting and senior stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and turn ambiguity into a deliverable plan.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan for the programme.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage dependencies, risks and issues.
• Provide clear visibility of milestones and progress to stakeholders.
• Produce governance and reporting materials for senior leadership.
