The Pensions Regulator in Brighton is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the transformation within Digital, Data & Technology. You will oversee a portfolio of services, shaping outcomes from policy intent through delivery and working with policy, regulatory and operational teams.

As one of two Senior Product Managers, you’ll drive both external and internal services, improving how savers interact digitally and how the regulator operates, with data-driven decisions guiding outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading complex product portfolios at a senior level.
• Ability to define and deliver product vision, strategy and outcomes.
• Experience leading full product lifecycles, prioritising based on value and impact.
• Ability to make clear, data-driven decisions balancing value and risk.
• Experience working in Agile and Lean environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to champion user needs using research and insight.
