Job summary

You will handle email and telephone queries, deliver excellent customer service, and participate in a structured training programme with a buddy to support you in the initial weeks.

You will be part of a busy Pensions Operations team, with hybrid working options and opportunities for progression within USS.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office packages.

Responsibilities

• Correspond with institutions, members and third parties.
• Provide telephone-based support in a professional manner.
• Complete automated and manual processes and calculations.
• Check work collaboratively with teammates.
• Contribute to team projects and improve processes.
• Manage own workload aligned to team targets and SLAs.
• Escalate non-routine queries to a Senior or Manager.
