Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) in Liverpool is seeking a customer-focused pensions administration support role. You will handle email and telephone queries, deliver excellent customer service, and participate in a structured training programme with a buddy to support you in the initial weeks.
You will be part of a busy Pensions Operations team, with hybrid working options and opportunities for progression within USS.

As a member of our friendly team, you will support our members through both email correspondence and regular telephone conversations. You'll be comfortable speaking with a variety of people, handling queries professionally and delivering an excellent customer experience.
You will be given a structured induction programme and support from our inhouse teams for the first couple of weeks in your new role. Don’t worry if you haven’t got any experience, we will give you full training and you’ll be assigned a buddy to support with any questions.
