USS Investment Management Limited is hiring for a Pensions Administration role based in Liverpool, with a hybrid working arrangement that blends office and homeworking.

You will receive a structured induction, full training, and a buddy to support questions as you handle routine queries, automated processes and workload aligned to team targets.

• Automated and manual processes and calculations
• Working closely with other team members, checking work as required
• Involvement in team projects and improving the way we work.
• Manage own workload aligned to team targets and SLAs.
• Escalate any non-routine or complex queries to a Senior or Manager as they arise

About the role

As a member of our friendly team, you will be given a structured induction programme and support from our inhouse teams for the first couple of weeks in your new role. Don’t worry if you haven’t got any experience, we will give you full training and you’ll be assigned a buddy to support with any questions.
