Job summary

WTW is seeking a DB Pensions Implementation Manager in Reigate to spearhead onboarding delivery for OneDB installations. You will coordinate data, payroll setup, calculations and live go‑live readiness, leading cross‑functional teams and maintaining high delivery standards.

You will partner with the Service Transition Programme Manager to align project plans with client milestones, provide transparent updates, and support with queries while managing risks and timelines across a growing OneDB

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex DB Pensions implementation and change projects.
• Excellent project, risk and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and operate across teams.
• Track record of leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams and building strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery plan for install team activities for each onboard.
• Assign deliverables to expert sub-teams across Data, Calculations and Transitions.
• Act as the point of contact with the ceding administrator and manage data flow to meet milestones.
• Provide functional direction to delivery teams including actuarial and P&DS.
• Manage risks, issues and decisions, escalating when timelines are at risk.
• Report progress to the Programme Manager and support client queries.
• Provide hands-on delivery support through implementation, transition and stabilisation.
• Collaborate with client consultants and internal specialists on technical requirements.
