Job summary

WTW is seeking a DB Pensions Implementation Manager within its OneDB/ Retirement domain in the UK. This role leads onboarding for new clients and manages multi-disciplinary teams across Data, Calculations and Transitions to deliver complex pension projects.

You will partner with the Service Transition Programme Manager, track milestones, provide progress updates, and support client meetings with technical and data considerations. Hybrid work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading complex DB Pensions implementation and change projects.
• Excellent project, risk and stakeholder management skills across teams.
• Track record of leading multi-disciplinary delivery teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery plan for install team onboarding milestones.
• Assign deliverables to Data, Calculations and Transitions teams, ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Act as the primary contact with the ceding administrator and manage data flow.
• Provide functional direction across delivery teams, including actuarial and P&DS.
• Manage risks, issues and decisions with transparent progress reporting to Programme Manager.
• Provide hands-on delivery support through implementation, transition and stabilisation.
• Collaborate with client consultants on technical requirements.
