Job summary

Isio is looking for an Implementation Project Support Administrator to assist the Project Management team with onboarding new pension schemes and transitioning them to BAU. The role offers hybrid working across multiple UK offices including Birmingham.

You will draft data requests, attend meetings to prepare minutes, and draft communications to members and scheme parties. You will set up phone lines and inboxes, and help hand over schemes to the BAU team in a busy advisory environment.

Qualifications

• Pensions administration knowledge and pension scheme legislation awareness.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Drafting of data and documentation requests.
• Attendance at team, incumbent and trustee meetings to prepare minutes and actions.
• Drafting of communications to members and other scheme parties.
• Set-up of phone line, email inbox, and letters.
• Involvement in handover of schemes to Admin BAU team.
• Liaising with incumbent administrators and internal stakeholders.
