Job summary

Isio is seeking a Systems Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding of new clients, delivering installations and ensuring data integrity. The role spans hybrid offices across the region, with collaboration across stakeholders and adherence to business strategy and regulatory requirements.

You will validate data, audit member records, and contribute to efficient administration processes while supporting ongoing Go Live data issues and improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience of modern pensions administration systems.
• Proven record of delivering pension scheme installations.
• Proven record of delivering integrated payrolls.
• Able to set up processes for installed schemes (e.g., Pension increases).
• Proven systems knowledge for moving data between databases.
• Proven systems knowledge for creating standard standalone databases.
• Understanding the value of audit trails and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive delivery approach.
• Willingness to identify and overcome barriers to delivery.
• Experience managing key stakeholders at all levels in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to deliver and review Scheme Installations.

• Participate in building optimised solutions to reduce maintenance overheads.
• Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to Scheme Installations.

Job description

The Systems Onboarding Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Onboarding of several new clients, contributing a new proposition within Isio. The role involves working with a number of different stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

This role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices, with a hybrid workstyle.

What does the role entail?

• Work within a team to deliver and review Scheme Installations
• Validate historical data, including service periods, salary history, and contribution records.
• Audit and reconcile member data to identify discrepancies or gaps.
• Ongoing support with data issues identified post Go Live.
• Participate in the build of optimised solutions to reduce ongoing maintenance overheads and deliver efficient solutions to the administration team
• Support the design and implementation of processes and procedures relating to Scheme Installations
