Job summary

Isio is seeking a Systems Onboarding Specialist to support onboarding of new clients, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and client expectations. The role offers hybrid work in regional city centres and involves delivering Scheme Installations, data validation, and ongoing data issue resolution.

You will work with various stakeholders, design processes for Scheme Installations, and help build efficient solutions for the administration team.

Qualifications

• Experience with pensions administration systems and data handling.
• Proven ability to validate data, reconcile records and maintain audit trails.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Work within a team to deliver and review Scheme Installations.
• Validate historical data, including service periods, salary history, and contribution records.
• Audit and reconcile member data to identify discrepancies or gaps.
• Ongoing support with data issues identified post Go Live.
• Assist in building optimised solutions to reduce maintenance overheads.
