Job summary

Just Group plc is seeking a Pensions Administrator on a 12 month FTC/maternity cover in Reigate. The role is hybrid (50%) and supports the Data team with data checks, scheme implementations, and onboarding to TPA and DB Operations. 35 hours per week with a permanent contract.

The successful candidate will have DB pension administration experience, strong data accuracy, and the ability to work to tight deadlines while coordinating with Operational teams during transitions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension scheme administration.
• Bulk annuities knowledge is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review data for new scheme implementations and assist with data queries.
• Support onboarding of schemes to TPA and DB Operations teams.
• Assist with payroll funding and member calculations during transition periods.
• Be first point of contact for operational teams during TPA setup.
• Support monthly transition MI production and data sign-off.
