Just Group plc is seeking an Implementation Support professional for a 12‑month FTC/Maternity Cover based in Reigate (hybrid 50%). The role focuses on providing proactive support to the Data team during new scheme implementations, data reviews, and handling data queries.

The candidate will liaise with the Third Party Administrator and DB Operations, supporting onboarding, governance sign‑offs, and payroll funding tasks. A strong data mindset and pensions familiarity are desirable.

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good analytical and issue-resolution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support to the Data team during new scheme implementations, including data reviews and queries.
• Coordinate with Third Party Administrator (TPA) and DB Operations for implementation queries.
• Assist with onboarding and sign-off processes, data sign-offs, and governance documentation.
• Support operational tasks for transitioning schemes (payroll funding and member calculations).
• Act as first contact for funding or other queries during TPA setup.
• Support BAU handover with TPA and Ops teams; manage queries and resolutions.
• Produce and collate monthly transition MI.
