HSBC Bank Pension Trust (UK) is seeking an experienced Pensions - Communication and Member Engagement Manager to shape how the Scheme engages with its members. You will own the communications and member engagement strategy and plan, translating Trustee priorities and member insights into an evidence-based programme that improves understanding, engagement and outcomes.

Based in the UK with UK-wide remit, you will oversee multi-channel content, tailor messaging for diverse member groups including

• Strong pensions knowledge with substantial relevant experience.
• APMI certification or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Apply strong understanding of digital and print communications including end-to-end delivery of member and employee communications.
• Show proven experience planning and delivering communications projects across multiple channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Scheme's communications and member engagement strategy, translating Trustee priorities, member insight and external developments into a measurable programme
• Partner with the Trustee Board and its Committees as the communications and engagement lead, identifying emerging risks, opportunities and shifts in member expectations, regulation, technology and good practice
• Set the annual communications and engagement plan with the Trustee Chief Operating Officer (TCOO), delivering to time and budget
• Create communications and campaigns that improve member understanding, build confidence and encourage member action across the member lifecycle
• Tailor communications for different member groups and life stages using research, feedback, complaints, behavioural data and member profiles including support for vulnerable members
• Oversee clear, accurate and accessible content across digital, print, seminars, events and administrator communications
• Establish performance measures, report outcomes to the Trustee and use evidence to improve communications effectiveness and engagement
• Maintain governance and controls including approvals, quality, regulatory, data protection and record-keeping to keep communications accurate, compliant and current
