• Strong numeracy and literacy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate member records using cloud-based systems.
• Execute member lifecycle processes (transfers, retirements) in line with guidelines.
• Provide timely responses to member inquiries via email/phone/post with SLAs.
• Support delivery of reports and ad-hoc client projects.
