Job summary

Front Row Recruitment's client, an award-winning Pension Consultancy, is looking for an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their Defined Benefit team in Portsmouth.

You will ensure accurate pension administration, meet SLAs, handle manual calculations, support colleagues, and contribute to annual projects such as renewals, benefit statements and pension increases. This role offers a friendly environment, hybrid working and good development prospects.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that an effective pension administration service is provided to all clients
• Ensuring that client work is completed with SLA's and deadlines
• Handling pension tasks such as manual calculations and assisting less experienced colleagues
• Being a point of contact for a portfolio of clients
• Assisting with annual projects such as renewals, benefit statements and pension increases
• Provide input regarding process and procedural change

Job description

Due to continued success my client, an award winning Pension Consultancy, currently seek an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their friendly, award winning, Defined Benefit team.

Applicants must possess some for of prior pensions experience, ideally in a defined benefit environment but defined contribution may also be considered. You will possess strong numeracy, communication and organisation skills and a keen desire to develop your technical pensions knowledge.
