Job summary

Just Group plc is seeking a Pensions Administrator to join our Data team on a 12 monthFTC/maternity cover. The role is based in Reigate with hybrid work (50%). 35 hours per week, permanent designation in listing but assignment is maternity cover.

You will support data checks for new scheme implementations, help with distributions to TPA onboarding, and assist BAU operations during scheme transitions. Strong DB knowledge and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defined Benefit (DB) pension scheme administration.
• Understanding of Bulk annuities and DBS administration requirements.
• Self-starter with ability to meet tight deadlines and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support implementations data checks and initial data sign-off for new schemes.
• Coordinate flow of scheme implementations into TPA, attending planning calls.
• Assist onboarding and sign-off processes with TPA and DB Operations, maintaining records.
• Support operational tasks for transitioning schemes (payroll funding, member calculations).
• Be primary contact for funding queries during TPA setup.
• Support BAU handover with TPA and Operations, resolve queries.
