Oliver James Group partners with a leading BPA/ Pensions provider and is seeking an experienced professional to manage a TPA relationship within their pensions operations team. Based in London with hybrid/remote options, you will be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders and external providers, ensuring a high-quality service and robust governance across the DB pensions environment.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes.
• Established knowledge of pensions administration management.
• Experience in third-party administration relationship management.
• Knowledge/understanding of pension buy-ins, buy-outs and transitions.
• Strong knowledge of consumer duty outcomes.

Oliver James are partnered with a leadingBPA/ Pensions provider who are seeking the support of an individual to manage aTPA partner to join their pensions operations team.

This is a UK based opportunity; you must live and pay tax in the UK to be considered.

Assignment type: Permanent

Location: London - hybrid/remote

Business: My client is in a period of successful growth in line with their consistent onboarding of new business, projects going from buy-in to buy-out, and successful implementations. This is a newly created position, not a backfill!

Role

You’ll be responsible for managing key TPA relationships and ensuring a high-quality service is delivered, you will be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders and external providers.

Required experience

• Strong technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes


• Established knowledge of pensions administration management


• Good knowledge or experience in third- party administration relationship management
