Job summary

Oliver James Group is partnering with a leading BPA/ Pensions provider to recruit an experienced TPA relationship manager for their pensions operations team in London. The role is UK-based with hybrid/remote working.

You will be the primary contact for senior stakeholders and external providers, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective management of key partnerships within defined benefit pension schemes.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of defined benefit pension schemes.
• Established knowledge of pensions administration management.
• Experience in third‑party administration relationship management.
• Knowledge of pension buy-ins, buy-outs and transitions.
• Strong knowledge of consumer duty outcomes.
