Qualifications

• Proven experience in strategic business management within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of UK Pension Risk Transfer (BPA) market and related areas.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear recommendations for executives.
• Experience developing Board papers, executive briefings and insights.
• Track record driving growth, transformation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director, guiding strategic priorities.
• Prepare Board papers, executive briefings and strategic insights for decision making.
• Coordinate governance, business planning and financial management activities.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders and support transformational initiatives.
