Job summary

Legal And General Group is seeking a Transitions Director to join its Award‑Winning Pension Risk Transfer business. This senior, client‑facing role requires deep Defined Benefit pensions knowledge, strong implementation experience and the confidence to work with Trustees, Sponsors, Advisers and Internal Stakeholders.

This hybrid role allows flexible work between home and the office to support a healthy work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Senior, client‑facing role requiring deep Defined Benefit pensions knowledge.
• Experience with complex DB pension schemes and PRT transactions preferred.
• Ability to influence Trustees, Sponsors, Advisers and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise across legal, regulatory, reinsurance, product development and operations.
• Own tailored servicing responses for RFQs and support new business opportunities.
• Lead client and customer servicing content in pitches and finals presentations.
• Manage end‑to‑end implementation activity for large and complex PRT transactions.
• Produce clear documentation and MI to support governance and decision making.
