Job summary

The Private Office LLP in Leeds is seeking a proactive transfer specialist to join the Client Delivery function. You will ensure the efficient and timely completion of pension and investment transfers from submission by the CDA through to finalisation.

You will own transfer cases, monitor progress, chase providers, manage pipelines, and keep Advisers and CRMs informed while upholding regulatory standards and Consumer Duty requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience of pension and investment transfers within a financial services environment.
• Excellent organisational and case management skills with the ability to manage a high-volume transfer workload.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of pension and investment transfer cases from submission to completion.
• Monitor transfer progress and chase providers to minimise delays.
• Manage transfer pipelines and ensure cases progress per service standards.
• Maintain records of transfer activity in CURO and update stakeholders on progress.
• Act as the primary contact for transfer-related queries after handover from the CDA team.
• Provide regular updates to Advisers, CRMs, and other stakeholders on timelines.
• Escalate delays, risks, or issues to the appropriate manager.
• Interact with third-party providers, pension schemes, platforms, and custodians via phone and email.
