Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Manage pension transfer cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and within agreed timescales.
• Coordinate client onboarding, prepare and issue paperwork, obtain electronic signatures and maintain clear, accurate case records.
• Liaise with pension providers, clients, advisers and internal teams to ensure cases progress efficiently.
• Provide regular case updates and deliver a high standard of client service throughout the transfer process.
• Manage your own portfolio of cases, prioritising workload effectively and meeting deadlines.
• Support advisers and the wider client-services function with administrative and operational requirements.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with internal processes, regulatory requirements and company standards.
