Qualifications

• Experience in neurodevelopmental conditions and holistic, client‑centred practice.
• Trained in standardised autism assessments as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out specialist assessments in service area and developing programmes of care.
• Negotiating with multidisciplinary team and carers for complex cases.
• Using specialist knowledge to inform clinical judgments for highly complex cases.
• Delivering assessment and therapy in groups and one‑to‑one sessions.
• Delegating therapy programmes to assistants under supervision.
• Leading audits and reviews of evidence to underpin current practice.
