Job summary

Portfolio Credit Control is recruiting a Payroll Team Leader on a 12-month FTC for a large employer with a superb reputation. You will manage a full start-to-finish payroll service for a large monthly payroll (2000+ employees) and administer statutory deductions and pension contributions.

You will work with internal stakeholders, perform payroll reconciliations and audits, develop a small team of Payroll Specialists, and support the Payroll Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full payroll for large monthly payrolls (2000+ employees).
• Ability to administer statutory deductions and pension contributions.
• Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Provide full start-to-finish payroll service for monthly payroll (2000+ employees).
• Administer statutory deductions including SMP, SPP, SSP, NI, PAYE and pension contributions.
• Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and payroll audits.
• Develop a small team of Payroll Specialists.
• Support the Payroll Manager when required.

• Administering all statutory deductions including SMP, SPP, SSP, N.I, PAYE
• Administering pension contributions
• Working with internal stakeholder on a regular basis
• Perform regular payroll reconciliations and payroll audits
• Develop a small team of Payroll Specialists
• Support the Payroll Manager when required
