Job summary

Portfolio Credit Control is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist for a well known retail brand. You will join an existing payroll team in a permanent role, delivering a first-class payroll service to around 2,000 employees.

You will process full end-to-end payroll, administer all statutory deductions (SMP, SSP, SPP, NI, PAYE), produce P60s/P45s, manage starter/leaver paperwork, and handle payroll queries via phone, email and in person.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong knowledge of statutory deductions (SMP, SSP, SPP, NI, PAYE).
• Experience handling payroll queries via multiple channels.
