Portfolio Payroll Limited is seeking a Payroll Team Leader for a 12-month FTC in the UK. You will manage a full start-to-finish payroll service for a large monthly payroll of 2000+ employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves administering statutory deductions and pension contributions, liaising with internal stakeholders, performing reconciliations and audits, developing a small team of Payroll Specialists, and supporting the Payroll Manager.

Responsibilities

• Full start-to-finish payroll service for monthly payroll of 2000+ employees.
• Administering all statutory deductions (SMP, SPP, SSP, NI, PAYE).
• Administering pension contributions.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Performing payroll reconciliations and audits.
• Developing a small team of Payroll Specialists.
• Supporting the Payroll Manager as required.

• Working with internal stakeholder on a regular basis
• Perform regular payroll reconciliations and payroll audits
• Develop a small team of Payroll Specialists
• Support the Payroll Manager when required
