Job summary

University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking a Payroll Support Officer to assist with the day-to-day administration of Payroll, Pensions and Expenses, ensuring accurate data flow for timely pay.

You will work with colleagues across Pensions, Human Resources and Expenses, bringing strong numerical and communication skills to maintain our high standards and reliable payroll service for staff and external bodies.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration and maintenance of Payroll, Pensions and Expenses records to ensure accurate data and timely pay.
• Provide accurate information to Staff, Managers and external agents on request.
• Work independently and as part of a team within the Payroll Department.
