The role in a nutshell:
We seek an experienced UK payroll specialist with a solid background in payroll, gained through in-house systems or working at a payroll bureau. You will support and process client payrolls, respond to client inquiries, and assist the International Payroll Specialists and Implementation teams.

How you will make a difference:

  • Managing front-line inquiries from customers via phone and email, building strong relationships and delivering world-class service.
  • Processing payroll accurately and on time, from receiving payroll changes to dispatch and approval.
  • Entering payroll changes such as hours worked and address updates.
  • Producing payroll reports and sending them to clients for review and approval.
  • Addressing customer questions and queries promptly.
  • Ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Generating invoice triggers for accurate billing.
  • Performing additional duties as required by the IPS business and Service Centre Team.
  • Maintaining KPI performance standards.

  • Strong IT skills, including Excel, Word, and payroll systems.
  • Ability to perform manual calculations.
  • Knowledge of ROI payroll legislation is a plus.
  • Ability to manage workload and work under pressure.
