Job summary

ProTalent Limited are partnering with a well-established accountancy firm near Eastleigh, Hampshire, to recruit a Payroll Administrator. You will support the Payroll Manager and handle payroll processing for a large client portfolio.

The role covers RTI payroll on weekly to annual cycles, auto enrolment, pension calculations, starters and leavers, and year-end procedures. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Payroll experience, ideally in a bureau environment.
• Ability to manage and prioritise own workload.
• Organised and methodical approach.
• Excellent communication and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Payroll Manager to deliver payroll services for a large client portfolio.
• Process RTI payroll on weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual cycles.
• Work with a diverse range of clients with different needs.
• Process starters, leavers, SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.
• Handle auto-enrolment and pension calculations.
• Process PAYE returns and month-end/year-end procedures.
