Search Consultancy LTD is recruiting a Payroll Senior for a role based in Grangemouth. You will join an established payroll team, managing a diverse portfolio of client payrolls and delivering accurate, timely payroll processing with strong attention to statutory requirements and tax guidance.

The position involves processing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payrolls, handling RTI submissions, year-end tasks, and collaborating with colleagues to drive continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Strong payroll experience within an accountancy practice or bureau.
• Proficient in processing multiple payroll frequencies (weekly, monthly, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of payroll compliance.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage a varied portfolio of client payrolls.
• Ensure accurate, timely payroll processing and reporting.
• Liaise with clients, HMRC and pension providers to resolve queries.
• Submit RTI returns and assist with year-end processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll workflows and automation.
