Pro Talent is seeking a Payroll Manager / Senior to lead end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients in a busy payroll bureau environment. You will handle weekly and monthly payrolls, manage queries, and ensure compliance with current legislation.

The role requires accurate processing, strong communication skills, and the ability to train junior staff while contributing to a collaborative team culture. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a payroll department, preferably in a payroll bureau environment.
• Strong understanding of payroll addition and deduction payments.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Process start-to-end payrolls weekly and monthly for clients.
• Handle sickness pay (SSP), maternity pay (SMP), and related payroll events.
• Monitor and calculate holiday pay.
• Communicate pay queries with clients by phone.
• Stay up to date with payroll legislation and regulations.
• Advise clients on upcoming payroll changes for effective planning.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal colleagues at all levels.
• Assist in training payroll juniors.
