LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Payroll & Reward Analyst in York, offering hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the office. The role pays up to £40,000 plus discretionary bonus and benefits, on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You’ll lead payroll, reward and benefits queries across the UK & Ireland, ensuring accurate, compliant payroll processes and a seamless employee experience. You'll bring payroll experience in a medium-to-large organisation, strong knowledge of UK payroll

Formación

• Payroll experience in a medium-to-large organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience handling complex payroll issues and stakeholder queries.
• CIPP qualification (or currently working towards).

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for Payroll & Reward, supporting complex queries and escalations.
• Ensure payroll, reward and benefits processes are accurate and compliant.
• Manage relationships with payroll providers and key stakeholders.
• Partner with Tax, Legal, Pensions and Benefits teams to support end-to-end processes.
• Monitor legislative changes and implement updates.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Share knowledge and best practices across the team.
