Job summary

• Act as a friendly first point of contact for colleagues and managers on pay, pension, and benefits queries.
• Assist with administering pension schemes, employee benefits, mileage claims, and changes for starters/leavers.
• Process payroll data with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring timeliness.
• Suggest process improvements to streamline people services.
• Support year-end activities, audits, and wellbeing initiatives.
