Qualifications

• Experience in Payroll, HR, Recruitment or Administrative roles preferred.
• Experience working in Health & Social Care environments desirable.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll preparation and administration for the Payroll Manager.
• Process timesheets, absence records, overtime, and pay amendments.
• Handle new starter, leaver, and contractual changes documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and electronic filing systems.
• Prepare letters, forms, contracts and other employment documents.
• Respond to payroll and people-related queries from employees and managers.
