Pareto Facilities Management Ltd. is seeking a Payroll & Pensions Administrator to join a small, friendly Payroll and HR team.

The role combines core payroll duties with a strong pensions focus and light HR administrative support, delivered in a hybrid setup with one day per week in Holborn. You’ll own payroll and pension tasks, work independently, and collaborate with the payroll manager, group head of people, and wider HR team.

Qualifications

• Experience in payroll and/or HR administration with exposure to pensions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and confident working with numbers.
• Accurate and compliant with current legislation.

Responsabilités

• Manage the payroll inbox and respond to payroll, pension, and basic HR queries.
• Assist with the preparation and processing of payroll.
• Maintain accurate payroll and pension records.
• Assist with timesheets, pay queries, and payroll adjustments.
• Support workplace pension administration, including auto-enrolment, opt-ins/outs, and re-enrolment.
• Process pension contributions and ensure submissions to providers are accurate.
• Ensure payroll and pension data remain accurate and compliant with current legislation.
• Produce payroll and pension reports and support general administration.
• Support HR with general HR administration, letters, documentation, and ad hoc tasks.
• Provide friendly and professional support to employees with payroll, pension, and HR queries.
