Job summary

Search Consultancy LTD in Liverpool is seeking a Payroll & Pensions Administrator to join the People Operations team. This hybrid, full-time role focuses on administering payroll and pension processes across UK and international jurisdictions.

You will ensure accurate, timely processing, maintain records and build strong relationships with providers, HR and finance while navigating regulatory changes. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Administer pension auto-enrolment and re-enrolment across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assess employees in line with statutory pension requirements.
• Produce, analyse and reconcile payroll and pension data.
• Coordinate monthly pension submissions and liaise with pension providers for accurate contributions.
• Prepare payroll and pension reports for review and sign-off.
• Process and reconcile payroll-related allowances, deductions, starters, leavers and changes.
• Support monthly payroll processing and reporting activities.
• Build relationships with external payroll and benefits providers.
• Monitor changes to payroll and pension legislation and share knowledge within the team.
• Review and improve payroll and pension processes, controls and procedures.
• Work with HR, Finance and third-party providers to ensure accurate outputs.
• Maintain accurate records, filing systems and supporting documentation.
